Conference Schedule
Attendees should arrange your time properly according to the timetable below. The brief version is simply for reference. The detailed version may have slight differences, which will be released about 15 days before the conference.

| July 25, 2024 | Registration | Sign in at the registration counter and collect your conference materials. |
| July 26, 2024 | Keynote Speeches | The conference chair will host an opening ceremony. After that, keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo |
| July 26, 2024 | Parallel Sessions | Parallel sessions will be going on in the afternoon, presenters should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes earier to copy his ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A. |
| July 26, 2024 | Dinner Banquet | The conference chair and the organiser will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner, where the best presentations will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants' early departure, best presetation may be selected and announced right after each session ends. |
| July 27, 2024 | Academic Visit/Excursion | On the last day of the conference, an academic visit to a local university will be arranged. So the delegates get to enjoy the atmosphere of the local campus, and visit the laboratory and see on-going research projects. If time permits, an excursion will also be arranged on this day. |
